About Me
About me:
As both a Licensed Massage Therapist with 25 years of experience and a trauma and survivor myself, I understand the profound connection between our bodies and our lived experiences. My personal healing journey has given me deep empathy and insight, which I bring daily to my work. Supporting others in their path to recovery, resilience, and well-being is not just my profession—it's my passion and purpose as a Trauma-Informed Practitioner.
My practice focuses on women's health and wellness, as well as supporting individuals who are navigating nervous system regulation, managing complex autoimmune conditions, or addressing how PTSD and trauma can manifest in the body. I offer a safe, nurturing space for anyone seeking relief—to ease stress, release muscle tension, or reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Whether you're a professional dancer, a fitness enthusiast, or someone seeking a relaxing massage to unwind, my work is designed to meet you where you are. Together, we'll help your body move, feel, and function at its best.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a thoughtful conversation about your challenges and goals, allowing us to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. I approach each session with compassion, intuition, and a commitment to your well-being, ensuring you feel safe, heard and supported. My goal is for you to leave not just feeling better but with a renewed sense of hope, joy, and empowerment—reclaiming control and reconnecting with your inner strength.
I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:
Massage Therapy
Cupping
Acupressure
Heat Therapy
Moxibustion
Cranial-Sacral Balancing
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
These services are designed to calm the nervous system, ease pain, reduce anxiety, and promote deep relaxation. Every modality I use serves to support your body and mind in finding balance and healing.
I’m Here for You.
In addition to my hands-on work, I'm also a mentor and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association, committed to learning and growing so that I can provide you with the best possible care. If you're ready to experience a new level of self-care and healing, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let's take this journey together, at your own pace, with compassion, respect, and trust.
