Feeling worn out, anxious, or disconnected? You’re not alone. I’ve spent over 26 years helping people reconnect through bodywork that honors the whole self — physically, emotionally, and energetically. I’m a Trauma-Informed LMT trained in Craniosacral Balancing, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method), Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Yoga. I support clients with PTSD, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and stress — using compassionate, intuitive methods.

Modalities

• Craniosacral Balancing Reset the nervous system and improve body awareness.
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Boost lymph flow, detoxify, support the immune system, and calm the nervous system.
• Point & Meridian Work Shiatsu/reflexology-inspired techniques, optional light stretches.
• Gua Sha & Light Cupping Increase circulation, ease tension, support sinus relief, and reduce puffiness.
• Smokeless Moxa & Infrared Heat 10–15 min add-on ($15) or full 60-min session ($130). Gently warms the body, dispels cold/damp, and helps reset the nervous system.
