Feeling lost, discouraged, or overwhelmed in your healing journey? I understand. I also faced health challenges and sought relief through various methods. I finally found healing through discovering therapeutic massage and alternative therapies. With over 26 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Trauma-Informed Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor for 18 years I'm dedicated to helping others find the relief they deserve. I am a proud member and mentor with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a member of The American Massage & Bodywork Professionals (AMBP) – Certified Member and Member of Respect Massage.
